Prior to joining Lightspeed, May Ling has worked with various agencies including Synovate, TNS, GfK and Euromonitor International. Her extensive experience spans across both full service and syndicated research with expertise in U&A studies, Concept testing and Brand health studies. She has managed regional and global large scale projects across various industries in FMCG, Beauty and fashion, Financial, Optical and many others.

She has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and her professional interests include market analytics and consumer behaviour.
