Carissa serves as Research Analyst at Kantar for the Profiles Division. She specializes in analysis for the financial services industry, including credit card and bank data, both reported and behavioral.

Prior to joining Kantar in 2012, Carissa conducted market research for higher education clients at Carnegie Communications as Senior Market Research Analyst.

Carissa holds a Master of Sciences in Marketing from Southern NH University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Western New England University.
