January Khoshnood

Director, Client Operations
January Khoshnood served as Director of Client Operations until 2016. She focused on maintaining and strengthening Lightspeed's strategic client relationships through both research firms and the end client channels. In this role, she provided the overall vision and direction for the Client Operations team in the Americas, while driving success in strategic client accounts, coaching and mentoring managers, and cultivating a high performance culture by instilling and reinforcing the company’s core values.

January has held myriad roles within the organization, including Account Executive, Project Manager and Client Service Director, Western Region. She played an integral to Lightspeed entertainment business since day one, and was key in the company’s implementation of the Entertainment Service bureau and project management and study execution. During her career in marketing research, she also served as Project Manager at Hall & Partners, where she managed three large commercial campaign trackers.

January earned her Bachelor of Arts from University of Washington in Business Administration. She is also an active member of Women in Research (WIRe).
